"What can I do for you?"
I've been playing Final Fantasy X-2 for the last three hours and it's a damn awesome game. At first I was turned off by the whole "Charlie's Angels" aspect of it, but it turned out to be a very fun game. It's a direct continuation of FFX's story that takes place 2 years after the end. It's really cool, because they explain all the changes that have been made to the world since then, and all the new stuff that's going on. The "dress sphere" system is cool. The characters can change outfits and get different abilities based on that outfit. I just found a custom outfit for a character that's like a battle suit with spikes, knives, and blades all over it. Really cool animation. The only thing I don't like is the battle system. They changed it to an active mode/real time mode, instead of the turn based fighting of FFX. Enemies can still attack while navigating menus. Kinda lame, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Outside that, I'm still very angry and dissapointed about how bad I got shafted with the schedule change at work. I mean it's back to not being able to stay out late on Saturday nights. No more Sundays off for football. Back to getting up at 5am, five days a week. Back to going to lunch at 10 or llam. Since my new schedule starts tommorrow, I got shafted out of my two days off, and just have today off, and since the pay period starts on Sunday, I don't get paid for the "extra" day I'm working. Oh well, not a whole lot I can do about it. I guess I should be thankful I have job while all the asshole, college grads are stuck at the bottom of the barrel.
