* The goth scene is dead and so is Marylin Manson. Let it go and move on. Just because you think you listen to scary music doesnt mean you have to act like a moron. If you want to know what "pain and suffering" really is, try living in a third world country.

* For those that were goth and converted to emo, guess what? You're no different. All you did was change your clothes!

* If you're white and listen to rap music, that's ok, but if you spend hundreds of dollars at Foot Locker on "atheletic gear", and "throw backs" you're trying too fucking hard to fit in.

* Wearing Roca Wear or Sean Jean doesn't make you a rap star, so quit trying to act like one.

* Tupac is dead, move on.

* Your not "hardcore" if you have to tell everyone. You're an idiot.

* Having a barbed-wire tattoo around your arm doesn't make you tough. Wrap a real piece of barbed wire around your arm and see how tough you are then.

* If you have a real reason for hating George Bush, that's fine, but don't jump on the bandwagon and hate him because everyone else does.

* Stacy's mom does not have it going on. Shut the fuck up about it already.

* Emo was cool in ...... it was never cool, stop crying about it.

* Axl Rose still kicks ass.

* No one over the age of 15 shops at Grapevine Mills mall.

* Christmas still sucks!

Well, tonight didn't turn out exactly as expected. I went over to Chris' house around 9 and we were getting ready to leave, and his friend calls and cancels on us because they rather go to Sherlock's (local bar). This really pissed us off seeing as how Chris can't drink because he diabetic, and I'm not going to spend $3 a beer when I can get a six pack for about the same price. Anyways, we ended up going over to Grapevine Mills and over to Gameworks. Gameworks fucking sucks now. They still have the same old shitty games! Nothing has changed at all. There wasn't one new game since I was last over there a few months ago. Anyways, we left and decided to walk around the mall to kill time even though it was closing. So we're walking around and come across these two punk kids walking toward us. One of them sits down in a chair, while the other one starts break dancing and intentionally bumps into Chris. We stop and turn around and Chris says something like, "Thanks alot. I really fucking needed that". The kid was like, "Sorry dude", and they both start laughing. I took off my jacket and got in the guy's face and asked if there was a problem. The expression on his face was priceless. He said, "No sir. We were just trying to have fun." I told them to get the hell out of our sight, and they ran off. I swear to God, if dipshits like this are our future, I weep for America.

Chris and I then made our way to the theatre since we decided to go ahead and see Bad Santa on our own. It was really weird because when we got there, there was a short line to get in. We thought it was no big deal so we went to the consession stand and got snacks and drinks, and when we got back there was no line, and once we got in the theatre, it was filled up. We had to sit on the very first row and stare stright up and the screen. It wasn't too bad. I was still able to see but now my neck and shoulders hurt a little bit. Anyways, Bad Santa was a damn funny movie. I could really relate to it in a small fashion. If you haven't seen it, go see it. If you have, then Billy Bob Thorton's character is the same as me when it comes to the holidays, but I'm not fucking a hot bartender chick or living with a retard and his grandmother.

So yeah, that's my night, and I keep thinking it's Sunday morning instead of Saturday. That's all for tonight. Later all.

I just finished chapter 1 of Final Fantasy X-2. I have 9 hours and 8 minutes of game time and 24% completed so far. Not bad if I say so myself. Hopefully, I'll have a big chunk of chapter 2 done tommorrow.

Chris just invited me to see Bad Santa with him and a friend. I haven't seen it yet, but I heard it was pretty funny so I'm going to tag along. Should be a good time.

Subject:What a fucked up world we live in.
Time:1:17 am.
Mood: bored.
Well, my weekend is finally here. I must say though, I think it's been pretty interesting up at work. I think it's kinda creepy that I'm starting to like my new schedule. Sundays don't even really count as work days. The rest of the week, I come in at 6am and I don't even get my first call until 6:45-7. After that the rest of the morning flies by until lunch. The downside of course is still getting up at 5 to be at work on time, and once I get back from lunch, the rest of the afternoon drags on forever. Oh well, I still kinda miss my old schedule, but at the same time, this one is growing on me.

During my boredness, I checked some old friend's live journals and found out some intersting stuff. For starters, someone set Bryan's car on fire! Someone stuffed a rag in the gas tank of his car and lit it, and the car literally exploded. I'm still pissed about how he and Angie blew me off all those times we tried to meet up, but I feel bad about his car. He got that brand new from his father back in April. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I also found out that Exo faggot got a $4000 Pell grant for school for $750 worth of classes. He plans to spend the rest on his website, fixing his car, and getting some DNA test for him and some chick. Hey shithead! Another thing you can do is pay me my money for my fucking computer you stole from me! I swear to God, if an deadbeat like him can get $4000, then I don't believe in justice anymore. That shit isn't right.

Not much else going on tonight. I took a long nap after work and spent the rest of the night playing Final Fantasy X-2 and watching Simple Life reruns and Smackdown. I don't have anything planned for tommorrow. I'm just going to sleep in, play video games all day, and maybe see Return of the King again.

I'm soooooo damn bored right now. I'm not sleepy. Erica is the only one online, and I can't really play my PS2 or watch tv without my mom banging on the wall complaining about having my tv on too loud. Piro hasn't updated MegaTokyo yet either. I guess I'll glance at my Game Informer and read about all the games I want but can't afford to get.

I wonder where Amanda and Jme are tonight. I miss them...

Subject:It's a good day to be alive.
Time:10:13 pm.
Mood: grateful.
I just got back from seeing Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. I must say that it's the best fucking movie I've ever seen. The characters, the storyline, the battles, the scenery, the cinematography were all perfect. Words can not explain how much excitement and emotion I felt while watching this movie masterpiece. Peter Jackson really wanted to go out with a bang, and it really shows. I wish more directors would put this kind of effort and dedication into their movies. Peter Jackson has now earned a spot on my list of awesome directors next to Tim Burton and Kevin Smith. I'm already looking forward to see this movie again, and there's a good chance I'll see it again on Friday or Saturday since Charles and Suzy want to see it. If Lord of the Rings isn't the best movie trilogy ever made, it strongly contends with the original Star Wars trilogy. Thank you very much J.R.R. Tolkien! I appriciate what you have written and made for us. Now tell your son to stop being such a hardass about the movie rights to The Hobbit, LOL.

Let's sum up some comparisons, trilogy wise.

Star Wars (IV-VI) = not saying LotR is better, but LotR is the Star Wars of this generation.

Indiana Jones = I didn't care for Raiders of the Lost Ark, but the last two were great. LotR wins, but not by much.

The Matrix = I loved Reloaded and Revolutions, but they strayed too far away from the first movie. LotR is better, but just barely

Star Wars (I-III) = III isn't out yet, but the prequels lost my respect after Episode 2. I mean I enjoyed the Clone Wars cartoon more that Episode 1 and 2, and the cartoon was produced and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab). I think Lucas has lost his touch, which brings me to my next rant...

George Lucas has said once he completes Episode 3 in 2005, he doesn't plan to continue on Star Wars, and will move on to new things. If this is the case, I think he should "pass the torch" to Peter Jackson. I know I'm not the only Star Wars fan that feels this way. If he can do all that amazing work with LotR, just think what he can do with SW. It's not like material isn't there. I'd love to see the New Jedi Order books being made into movies. How about Black Fleet Crisis, or the story of Mara Jade? The Mandalorian Wars perhaps? Hell, what not make a movie out of Shadows of the Empire? That was an aweomse story that took place between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. There's alot that can be done with the Expanded Universe. Possiblities are endless.

I don't know where I'd be without movies.

Time:10:44 pm.
Mood: blah.
Not much going on today. Work seemed very surreal today. It was like things were going slow one moment, and then going fast the next. I really couldn't put my finger on it. I guess I expected my new schedule to be awkward during the week, but it wasn't that bad today. 2 hours, break, 2 hours, lunch, 2 hours, break, 2 hours, home. Anyways, after work I came home and watched cartoons and played DBZ Budokai 2 for a few hours and then went out the Humperdink's witht he other "horsemen". Yeah, Charles actually calls us (Me, Charles, Chris, James) the four horsemen. I think it's kidna gay, but I won't get on him for trying to be cool. Anyways, James invited over to his place new year's eve for a cookout/party. I'm not sure I want to go. I'm trying to get along with him, but he still royaly annoys the fuck out of me. I really can't stand the guy, but I have to pretend to like him because he's friends with my friends, and I don't want the whole "ripple effect" going on in case something goes down. Oh well. I'm going to keep my options open in case something else comes up. I really want to enjoy new years and have tons of fun.

As far as tommorrow goes, I'm just going to chill. I think I'll dedicate tommorrow night to playing Final Fantasy X-2 non-stop unitl bed time, since I haven't played it all since my four hour session on Saturday. Return of the King is Wednesday. I can't wait. CZ and I might try to see it after work. If not, I'll just go Friday morning when no one is around at the theatre. I guess that's another benefit to having Friday off. I can go to the first showing of a new movie for $3 and practically have the theater to myself.

Anyways, it's time for bed. I need to see if I can get more that for hours of sleep tonight.

Check out this site I found. It a pretty cool anime, game, art, kung fu fan site:

Anarchy by KMFDM

You break my back
you won´t break me
all is black, but I still see
shut me down
knock me to the floor
shoot me up
fuck me like a whore

trapped under ice, comfortably cold
I´ve gone as low as you can go
feel no remorse, no sense of shame
time's gonna wash away all pain

I made a god
out of blood
not superiority
I killed the king of deceit
know I sleep in Anarchy

sacrifice to the cause
turn your code into law
compensate to validate the loss
take a thief, nail him to a cross

gospel of rage
faction of hate
deviate from the absolute
born of revenge
raised on cement
chaos created government

I made a god
out of blood
not superiority
I killed the king of deceit
now I sleep in Anarchy

I made a god
out of blood
not superiority
I killed the king of deceit
wake me up in Anarchy

* As for me, I taught myself how to use a computer, worked at an electronics store for 2 and a half years, took some mini-mester courses at a shitty community college, and now I work for a major computer company making more than all these asshats and my own apartment is coming in June.

You think if I get a degree in aviation or aeronautics I could get a job building model airplanes?

Time:4:34 pm.
Mood: Meh....
I've been playing Final Fantasy X-2 for the last three hours and it's a damn awesome game. At first I was turned off by the whole "Charlie's Angels" aspect of it, but it turned out to be a very fun game. It's a direct continuation of FFX's story that takes place 2 years after the end. It's really cool, because they explain all the changes that have been made to the world since then, and all the new stuff that's going on. The "dress sphere" system is cool. The characters can change outfits and get different abilities based on that outfit. I just found a custom outfit for a character that's like a battle suit with spikes, knives, and blades all over it. Really cool animation. The only thing I don't like is the battle system. They changed it to an active mode/real time mode, instead of the turn based fighting of FFX. Enemies can still attack while navigating menus. Kinda lame, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Outside that, I'm still very angry and dissapointed about how bad I got shafted with the schedule change at work. I mean it's back to not being able to stay out late on Saturday nights. No more Sundays off for football. Back to getting up at 5am, five days a week. Back to going to lunch at 10 or llam. Since my new schedule starts tommorrow, I got shafted out of my two days off, and just have today off, and since the pay period starts on Sunday, I don't get paid for the "extra" day I'm working. Oh well, not a whole lot I can do about it. I guess I should be thankful I have job while all the asshole, college grads are stuck at the bottom of the barrel.

1. Do you enjoy the cold weather and snow for the holidays?

Hells yes! I love cold and cloudy weather. I can't really say I like snow since we never get it here, but the one time I saw real snow up in St. Louis was awesome. I like ice days though. Heh, get to stay home from work.

2. What is your ideal holiday celebration? How, where, with whom would you celebrate to make things perfect?

My ideal holiday celebration is just having a good time with people I actually give a damn about and just having fun. I don't think that's going to happen this year though.

3. Do you do have any holiday traditions?

Eat, drink, open presents, count Christmas cash, return shitty presents, lock myself in my room.

4. Do you do anything to help the needy?

Yeah. I needed a PS2, so I bought myself one today.

5. What one gift would you like for yourself?

My ideal gift would be to start living my life instead of everyone trying to live it for me.
